The Seamaster De Ville is Omega's classic dress watch, which lies flat against the wrist with a timeless design. This version of the vintage watch has the so-called "linen dial" with criss-crossing lines that play in the light. As fewer of this dial-version were produced, linen dials are sought after by collectors.
 
Here is an example that doesn't get much better and it is hard to believe that this vintage watch has more than half a century behind it. The movement is automatic winding and freshly serviced.
