This is a different kind of Seamaster watch. Normally you don't see the words "officially certified" on the dial unless it's a Constellation watch. However, a few Seamaster watches Omega also chose to produce as chronometers. Chronometer watches are the term for the most precise watch movements. To achieve this status, specially selected watches were tested and certified by special institutes in Switzerland. This is also the case for this watch, which is why it bears the text "Officially Certified".
 
With a diameter of 36mm and a distinctive case, the watch is relatively large compared to watches from that time.
