For many collectors of vintage Omega, the Constellation watches are the pinnacle of Omega's production in the sixties. Within that line, the Pie Pan dial is especially sought after, as its extremely elegant design and facets gives the dial a very special feeling of depth. In addition, the watch case with the so-called Dog Legs is probably the most desired, because it sits nicely on the wrist and has a sensational, but still classic appearance.

This watch ticks all three boxes and is thus one of the most sought after vintage Constellations. The watch is in great condition with a dial that has no scratches or flaking. On the case back, all eight stars above the famous Swiss observatory are clearly visible, which also indicates that the watch has been cared for.

In the 60s, the Constellation series was Omega's absolute top series and this watch is certified by the Swiss Chronometer Institutes. Only the best and most accurate watches achieved this certification, which is why the watch bears the text "officially certified" on the dial.
